After much discussion, we decided that our “after midnight” indeed did NOT count and we threw in a late night session before bed on Day 3. What that session consisted of, I really can’t say. And not because it’s too personal or in the words of Christina Aguilera, to drrrrty. It’s seriously a blur, due to tequila and beer. I haven’t thrown back tequila like that since my cocktail waitressing days. And I have to say, I am very impressed that I handled it with what Desi calls “gracia.”
I will say that Day 4’s festivities took place in a far more sober state, but due to our devouring of Desi’s deliciously prepared meal last night, we were a little too full for the “beast with two backs” and rather opted for an alternative involving a Lush brand massage bar and some video streaming. I handled that one with “gracia” as well.
